      Who are we?

We are the Glasgow University MacLaurin Society - the social society for Mathematics and Statistics.  We are run by students for students and staff, and anyone is welcome to join!

      What do we do?

We run social events for all Mathematics and Statistic students and staff.  We organise anything from talks and guest lectures to ceilidhs and pub crawls - so whatever your interests, there's bound to be something here for you.

      When do we meet?

We don't have a regular meeting time in case people can't make it, so all events we run occur throughout the year at various times - best way to keep up-to-date with what's happening is to become a member and be added to our mailing list, check our website regularly or become a member of our Facebook Group.

      Where do we meet?

We often meet in the Maths Common Room which is located in the Mathematics & Statistics Building on University Gardens to the left of the main foyer.  Most events specify a location to meet at, as we like to roam around a bit, so just check the event carefully for where to find us.
